This is a gorgeous picture what I call the Lady in Blue. She has on a pretty soft blue dress with just the right amount of gold and blue glitter on her dress and jewels. She measures 16 1/2 by 9 1/2. Its hung with beautiful hand dyed pink crinkly ribbon. She also has a handmade hanging tag that reads "come into my arms, where a dreamer can dream".

 

The lady who makes these gorgeous glittered art hangings is a very talented artist from Seattle, Washington.
